Terms & Conditions

By booking with The Shaw Inn by Stay Pattern, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Billing & Payment

50% payment is required at the time of booking along with the booking voucher. The remaining 50% payment must be received at least 21 days prior to the arrival date.

2. Bank Transfer

A bank transfer can be made through RTGS in favour of The Shaw Inn by Stay Pattern.

3. General Terms

Rooms are subject to availability at the time of advance payment. Rates are net and non-commissionable, based on double occupancy per room per night, and inclusive of applicable taxes.

Rates are subject to change based on validity periods, seasons, government policies, or applicable laws. PAN must be provided for cash payments of INR 20,000 and above.

All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. Foreign nationals must provide a valid Passport and Visa. Indian nationals may present Passport, Driving Licence, Voter ID, Aadhaar Card, or PAN Card.

4. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM.
