Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Refunds

Reservations cancelled more than 21 days before arrival are eligible for free cancellation.

2. No-Show

In case of a no-show, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.

3. Retention Charges

Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of arrival will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to the entire stay. Early departures will be charged for the remaining booked room nights.

Any amendment to guaranteed reservations within 21 days of arrival may attract retention charges.
